This IED Awareness Training Course has been specifically designed to raise the awareness levels of Improvised Explosive Devises, their effects and provides guidance for setting up cordons and evacuation distances to ensure the safety of others.

On satisfactory completion of the course, the individual will have a basic understanding of the power of explosives, IEDs and their potential for harm and the immediate actions required to ensure the safety of themselves and others.
